Ok, ok, ok. To real business. A couple of weeks or so ago, somebody from "the minibosses forum" sent me an email with a bunch of brand new NSFEs. Who am I to turn down more entries? :cycle: I tried to get the accents to appear for Deja Vu's title, but they won't show up. :sad:

Additionally, Joelsmith380 sent in a brand new FF2 patch, which he's calling Basic Improvement.

Joel!!! He contacted me once because he needed help on an FF2 patch. He saw my old (and the only one that's currently on the Internet :isuck:) FF2 patch, "FF2 Bugfix" or whatever I called it. He must've saw me as a hacking genius or something.
I have to try this out.

I recommend waiting 30 minutes post deadline time for the final say. For a moment there, I didn't even think the deal would go down... freaking Marlins backed down and I thought for a moment that he was the Rays got Jason Bay...

The game was on WGN, which is the only way to get the Chicago feed up here. :bah:

Only if they are the "Game of the week." TBS is only sticking to showing the big market games right now (a ton of Yankees, Red Sox, and Mets games). In fact, I'm not sure if they haven't done a game without those teams yet... :banonsmash:

I thought the Braves+TBS had a special contract..

I'm fully aware of their "Sunday afternoon game of the week", which is part of their agreement with MLB.. which includes the playoffs, and unfortunately the ALCS (I don't want to fucking watch the NL playoffs on my end, damn you MLB and FOX).

Be thankful your FOX reception is viewable, since we have a nice mountain blocking a good portion of the channels for us. Everything is very snowy and FOX is especially bad. Not ironically enough, the reception is many times better when it's a cloudy day.

I don't get TBS here (mostly because of our cable package), so the term "I can't see it at all" is my gripe. Fortunately the local FOX affliate has been perfect as far as I'm concerned (other than the occasion goofups on location that happen).

Not really ironic, the signal is probably being reflected off the clouds instead of going out into space like it normally would.

ah, that's right.  being in Chicagoland myself, i tend to forget that WGN is a "superstation" that gets beamed around the country.  now, will you see the WGN news and/or weather there, or do they replace those with some other programming?  9 pm central time is hour-long news, for instance; tell me what that has tonight if you can.
