Its pointer points to 0000, which means we don't know if it even has a subroutine. If I find some subroutine data that isn't used by anything, it might be that, but my guess is that even if they had written some code for it, they would have gotten rid of it to save space. (All the command/spell/item subroutines are pretty compact.) I'll let you know if I come across anything.
