Here's some early area chests offsets.

Code: [Select]
08142038
Cave-level two chest
08142010
Greenhorn club chest (right)
08142008
Greenhorn club chest left
08142030
Greenhorn club second floor
08142080
Tule brown barrel
08142088
Tule box in town
08142058
Windshrine 2nd floor
08142060
Windshrine 3rd floor single room
08142000
windshrine floor 3 by boss

0813a4f4 battles in chests start here from 60, I messed around with it and loaded every battle with ease. My test fiile was not max stats so i didn't kill the final boss to see if the ending would play.

Just looking at these notes is making me want to get back into hacking.

Well i was messing around with some of the offsets to see how your notes worked, and while i learned nothing useful from the Jobs or skill notes I did learn that treasure has a pool of around 64 fights, 60-9F with each version rewarding either an item or spell, and the other version A0-FF rewarding the other. I will admit to not being the best at finding pointer lists however.

This looks awesome and I'm going to PM you some tools for this cause awesome cakes.

4
I know I'm late to the party but I helped make a tool to edit all encounters in the game which you can find here:http://www.romhacking.net/utilities/898/

Samurai Goroh has the ram addresses you need, also I have a TON of notes for the GBA version related to battles, its a bit old however.

Hope this helps.

From my understanding we plan to do the same as with monster Sprites, being able to full replace them in the future as desired,

6
So now the Monster editor edits Jobs, Battles, Items, and Monsters. With some more features on the way such as an ability, shop, and sprite editor for jobs and backgrounds.

There is a flaw with the job editor as setting a job's second skill to nothing doesn't let you choose it. I'll bring it up to GM and get it fixed.

Yes younger as well, the fight though won't have any cutscene, the idea is that after they died their youth was returned in the after life.

Bartz hair color.

8
Perfect. Thank you very much.

9
Same length as this one

10
Keep the hair color but make his beard shorter, I want him to look younger, good armor design.

Did some changes but I think I got Kelgar's AI down. Needs to be tested with the spirtes of course. The othe Warriors of Dawn are also almost done.

Wow thats really good. Looks like it would work perfectly in game. If you have teh time I'd love to see what you come up with.

Simple request, I need five battle sprites roughly based on the in game and concept art of Final Fantasy Five advance to make the dawn warriors into bosses. I have an AI routine planned out already. Its not for any patch but I thought it'd be fun to give some lfie into ff5

The links below contain spoilers. If it would be helpful use Gaulf's player sprite as a base for design.

Just wanted to drop a line and say GM is interested in updating and making this program a full editor.
