This is only some of the coding.  I will try to finish the rest of the character coding by this week.
Some notes I have noticed.
1. Dark command can be used but needs a dark sword in Final Fantasy 4.  Still deducts HP.  I think 1/8 or 1/6.
2. Don't know why there are 2 commands like jump, human, and chakra.
3. I don't know where Ninjutsu is located.  I will try to find it.  I don't know where it was located in the original FF IV.
4. It uses alot of the old data from FF IV advance.
5. There is blue magic.  But I don't know where the slots are located or maybe there are no slots.  I think it was half-heartedly thought of and didn't finish.  I surmise that you might have to disassemble the game to put it manually.  I am not that good with that.
6. You can give a person that doesn't have magic a magic command.  For example, Cecil doesn't have black magic. If you put the code 04dd9b9c 00000003 this would give Cecil black magic in the fifth command slot.  This gives him black magic command in battle but not in the menu.  As for the black magic slots, put the code  04dd9a0c 00000040 which gives him comet in the first slot of black magic.  Remember it is not visible in the menu but in battle. It is test and works.
7. I accessed these codes through gecko but i think you can use action replay if you use dolphin. Not sure though.
