Shame things like downloading and storing games didn't make it into the first DS revision, but if it that would've cost the GBA slot I'm really glad it didn't. Overall though it doesn't feel like much of an upgrade, certainly not like the Lite was over the original DS, and looking at the battery life alone I'd rather own a Lite. The only thing that would make me want one of these is if the downloadable games turn out to be really good. Even then, while this thing was still a rumor it was mentioned it would be possible to retrofit an original DS or Lite with a GBA slot adapter to get the same functionality, if that happens the only thing this has going for it are the larger screens.
