Final Fantasy II was released on the Wii's Virtual Console yesterday (3/8). It's likely just version 1.1, but I'll see about confirming it for sure so that it can be mentioned in the guides.

It shouldn't be hard to do...
Although, you'd have to get Rydia to learn Stop... so it may be easier than it looks.

Personally, I was kind of hoping it might be an unreleased 1.2 version incorporating some Easy Type fixes. I still haven't really gotten a chance to try anything out yet, but item duplication does work in this version, which pretty much rules that out.

I'm playing this now and have used the 255 item duplication trick now I need something else to let me "cheat" since there is no use of a gamegenie/par. Any ideas of bugs, or things I can do to play around with the game?

It's probably just a fun/stupid thing to do but to pull off the Sleep/Hold + Stop bug and take a picture of it all.
