Final Fantasy IV Research & Development / FF4 Monster AI Scripts

A couple years ago I asked about FF4 AI scripts in the gamefaqs message board, and I was directed here.  People mentioned some hacks that changed the monster AI scripts.  Any chance remembers what these hacks are and where to get them?
