21FX, will you use it?

I was wondering if you guys had any interest in using 21FX in Pandora's Box. Either for an optional version of the patch to include things like FMVs and the italian opera vocals, as well as other fully orchestrated songs such as Dancing Mad etc. Could it also be used to expand the rom to include more weapons or other such things? What would it take to accomplish this?

I gave it some thought when it was first announced. The only use I can see for it would be to include the PSX version's FMVs, which hardly seems worth it.

Heh, you doing it for us. It's already possible within the current size of the ROM, it's just a ton of work. You've got to change every single piece of code that relies on the item list being its current size.

Yes and no. Because of all of the expanding we had to do, it'll break compatibility with almost every editor. They all work (with one glaring exception) so it just means you need to be careful about what you do.
