Anchors Aweigh patch (simple) question

This 'Anchors Aweigh!' patch says "This patch fixes a minor, yet huge error with the Air Anchor."

What's the bug? Air Anchor works just fine as far as I know? I tried looking for a thread that already had this answer (I thought I saw one when I first logged in) but couldn't find one. I think there may have been news on it or something that said it was there. I dunno.

IIRC, the Air Anchor fails to deal damage if the target is immune to death status. I believe damage now gets dealt regardless of of death immunity with that patch. It should be semi-obvious from those screenshots.
