Also, Leno, I'm very sure you got the week 3 record wrong.

There was lots of strange upsets.. close game with Colts lost at the last drive with a FG. Vick goes down and Kolb is craptacular. Seahawks suck more than originally thought.. the Bungles are the Bungles...

Yankees lose, Rays win, so it's the Wild Card for the Yankees... which may not be as helpful for the Twins who will play the Yankees...

Padres lose, so they lose their chance to make the playoffs... the Braves make it in (over the Phillies) with their final year with Bobby Cox...

49'ers @ Falcons

Falcons - 49ers are having issues on many levels... starting with coaching

Bengals @ Browns (division)

Bengals - These are the Cleveland Browns.

Jets @ Bills (division)

Jets - An upset could happen, but these are the Bills.

Seahawks @ Rams (division)

Seahawks - I don't believe a rookie QB at home has that much an advantage over a veteran team.

Broncos @ Titans

Broncos - This an interesting matchup, but it is difficult to compare the two teams.. they are very different on both sides of the ball.

Lions @ Packers (division)

Packers - Detriot still has the Red Wings.

Ravens @ Steelers (division)

Steelers - This is one of the more interesting games of the week and someone will be hurt just because of the physicality.

Panthers @ Saints (division)

Saints - The Panthers are awful.

Colts @ Jaguars (division)

Colts - What the hell happened to David Garrard? Seriously.

Texans @ Raiders

Texans - The Raiders ARE the Black Hole.

Redskins @ Eagles (division)

Eagles - I had decided this as soon as FOX brought it up some frequently. It's so sad a matchup, but you may never know.

Cardinals @ Chargers

Chargers - Derek Anderson is not the answer for the Cards.

Bears @ Giants

Bears - The Giants are imploding...

Patriots @ Dolphins (division, Monday)

Dolphins - I hate making this pick, but I do not like our secondary... they would have to step up to have any chance of winning.

Learning through items are probably separated from the event code, although it might not shock me if it uses a similar convention as the event code.

I'm struggling a bit to finish my hack and part of the problem is that I keep forgetting where the offsets are for the events to add spells into the list.

It would be greatly appreciated if someone can put an entire list down:

A quick list:

Rydia - Fire1 @ Mt. Hobs
Tellah - Various Magic @ Mt. Ordeals
Rosa - Exit @ Tower of Zot
Rydia - Various Magic @ Dwarf Castle
Edge - Flood and Blitz @ Rubicante/Upper Tower of Babil

Rydia - Odin
Rydia - Sylph (both instances need to be accounted for[?], the Spoon and non-Spoon versions)

Game Modification Station / Adding FF4 Ninja and Summon Magic

Before I start, I don't plan to use Phoenix's hack that allows adding spells based on the leading spell character.

Based on JCE's hack of FF4, does Ninja Magic allow for adding Black Magic naturally? Additionally, does the game allow "learning" the key basic Ninja spells via levels? (Flame, Flood, and Blitz)

There's no way to add in new summon spells through the spell learning list, correct?

There's a few upsets, but nothing too dramatic. McNabb chokes again going into next week's Vick-McNabb game...

All of us have picked the fish to beat the Jets, which leaves Leno hoping to gain a little ground with the Bears.

The week seemed to fly by...

Titans @ Giants

Giants - The Giants will bounce back from that massacre that was created by the better Manning.

Steelers @ Buccaneers

Steelers - This is a tough match given that Dixon is out, but as long as that Steelers defense is out there, it will slow down the Bucs.

Bengals @ Panthers

Bengals - A team w/o a legit QB is a team that needs tons of help.

Browns @ Ravens (division)

Ravens - Bleh, I still hate Mangina.

Cowboys @ Texans

Texans - The battle within Texans begins here! Yay for FOX, Aikman can give them a pat on the back. Sorry JCE.

49'ers @ Chiefs

Chiefs - I don't like this pick very much. 49ers are coming off MNF and the Chiefs aren't really as good as their record indicates...

Lions @ Vikings (division)

Vikings - If Favre loses this, I will personally /poke Leno..... (if this wasn't one already).

Bills @ Patriots (division)

Pats - Bleh... I guess it's the Bills.

Falcons @ Saints (division)

Saints - Despite MNF, the Falcons have yet to prove they are a better team yet.

Redskins @ Rams

Redskins - Only McNabb can screw this up.

Eagles @ Jaguars

Jags - The two QBs playing here are very similar, yet probably still a bit different.

Raiders @ Cardinals

Cards - I don't like this pick any more than the Raiders.

Chargers @ Seahawks

Chargers - The Seahawks are rebuilding, but I guess this game can be competitive.

Colts @ Broncos

Colts - I'm not sure how the Broncos will stop Peyton.

Jets @ Dolphins (division)

Dolphins - SQUISH THE J E T S! Although, the Jets have beaten up the fish before....

Packers @ Bears (Monday)

Packers - I am definitely not fond of the Bears, despite their record. They will have to prove to me that they are getting better.

I'm starting to lean towards the Cowboys being more dysfunctional by design because of the Super Bowl and Jerry Jones forcing the pressure on them...

Well that, and their o-line that totally needs to be replaced and become more disciplined in general (or for that matter, the team itself).

Well, it was fun while it last for the Red Sox.. but too many injuries (Youk and Pedroia) and underperforming pitchers (Beckett and Lackey) really did them in.

At least the NL is interesting in terms of that race...

I'm definitely going 8-7 now since the Giants are getting crushed by the Colts right now in the 4th quarter.

Giants had no shot after 2 TDs were scored... plus they could do nothing against that Colts pass rush. How this is a surprise to Tom Coughlin is beyond me.

Despite the ties, the major tiebreaker tonight is the SNF game.
