Ok, look at the image (the warning, specifically), then look to see where the image came from and try not to laugh too hard.

Also, for those interested, the link to the trailer.

[22:42:41] <Lenophis> =p
[22:42:46] <Lenophis> role doesn't fit him
[22:43:36] <PhantasiaKnights> It's just a guess.
[23:19:17] <Lenophis> haw @ warning
[23:19:50] <Lenophis> it probably won't last long at that rate
[23:32:04] <Lenophis> oh yeah, that's definitely him
[23:33:31] <Lenophis> sounds like Liam (not sure on last name, played Lezard in VP2) as Kain
It really does sound like Yuri.

I wasn't able to pinpoint Rosa, KluYa, or the twins though...

Funny that this trailer isn't up on the official site, they've still got the Japanese trailer with subtitles.

Seems like they went out of their way to match the voices to the Japanese version, watch the Japanese trailer again, they're almost a perfect match.

The first way is that it was "illegally reproduced" on YouTube. The second way is that it states that "it should not be translated into other languages", while this is a translation of the Japanese commercial, I believe.

EDIT: As for Rosa, it could be Michelle Ruff (Yuki Nagato; Suzumiya Haruhi no Yūutsu). I was thinking Wendee Lee initially, using her Yoruichi (Bleach) voice, but it sounds too soft to be her.

In addition, Palom and Porom may be Tara Strong as they both sound like Bubbles (The Powerpuff Girls), especially Porom.

Interestingly enough, rather than pronouncing the name Kain as "Kyne" like in Japanese, they pronounced it "Cane" as in the Biblical name. Reassertion of my pronunciation FTW.
...In other news, apparently I've been misspelling "pronunciation" all these years as "pronounciation". Funny, that.

I may be wrong about this, but I believe the biblical Cain is also pronounced "Kyne" in Japanese.
