I don't know, I would assume the dlc would be available to buy at some point. It is extra revenue so it would be smart to offer it immediately upon release.

Game Modification Station / Need a graphics guru to help out, details inside

I'm planning a surprise for my wife's birthday but I need help. I am
NOT a graphics oriented guy, far from it. What I'm planning is creating a repro of Super Mario All-Stars + World with either Mario or Luigi replaced with a female sprite. I'm also going to do an intro splash screen for her and probably get some materials together for the cart label etc.
Can anyone give me a hand here? This is way out of my comfort zone. LOL

I would just use BSNES for the most accurate emulation and also use a good .wav editor to record the sound effects directly. I'm assuming you are wanting them as .wav or sound files on a computer? I used the aforementioned method to record Final Fantasy 4, 6, and Chrono Trigger sound effects about 7 years ago.
