And all because I told you about the missing score exploit, hero Drinks and their ability to stack(Though I think you forgot that part and had to relearn it...). :D

I never knew Hero Drinks stacked, and I'm not doing any bugs with the Missing Score. I only have 1 Knights of the Round mastered currently, and I have no intentions of changing that.

119 bugs fixed and counting.

I didn't think you'd have used the missing score exploit, but my FF7 tips in the chat did get the ball rolling. ;)

I will now play through every single FF game as quickly as I can. I'm not aiming for a speedrun/low in-game clock, I'm aiming for the fastest real-time playthrough. As in, no resetting over and over to get a faster in-game time because that ruins the fun for me. I'm just gonna play until I beat each game.

For the record, I have beaten the following FF games already:

FF1 (NES, PS1, GBA, PSP)
FF2 (ps1)
FF3 (NES)
FFIIus (SNES)
FFMQ (SNES)
FFIIIus/FFVI (SNES, PS1, GBA)
FFVII (PS1)
FFIX (PS1)

Some of these games will be new to me. I won't be using any cheats, guides, or walkthroughs, I will just be playing them. I've decided to play the following versions of each game, the versions that I consider to be the best versions:

FF1 (PS1) -- The last version with the traditional magic point system.
FF2 (PSP)
FF3 (NES) -- This was a tough choice over the DS version. I still haven't decided 100% whether to play this on NES or DS, but for now I'm going with NES for the classic feel.
FF4 (GBA) -- I have heard this version is better than the DS one anyway.
FF5 (GBA)
FF6 (GBA)
FF7 (PS1)
FF8 (PS1)
FF9 (PS1)
FF10 (ps2)
FF12 (PS2)

After all these, I will play the spinoffs and other games considered part of the series as follows:

Final Fantasy Mystic Quest (SNES)
Final Fantasy Tactics (PS1)
Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles (GameCube)
Final Fantasy X-2 (PS2)
Dirge of Cerberus: FFVII (ps2)
Final Fantasy Tactics Advance (GBA)
Final Fantasy Tactics A2 (DS)
both Crystal Chronicles games for DS

For the record, I don't own Crisis Core, nor do I own a Wii so I can't play the Wiiware games.

If anyone else has any games I need to put on the list, lemme know.

1. Play FF3j on the Famicom.  The DS one is just bland and boring.
2. Though not technically Final Fantasy games you could play Final Fantasy Legend 1-3 and Final Fantasy Adventure.
3. Avoid the PSP FFT, just play the PS1 version.  Although playing it on your PSP is awsome.

Legacy of Y's II (DS)

0:34 Just got my basic sword and shield and went level grinding outside of the mines.  I'm level 4 or 5 I think.  I'll get to about Lv8 before I head into the mines.  So far I like it.

If you have the PSP version of FF1/2 I'd recommend that actually more.

I have them, but I prefer playing on a big TV screen as opposed to a tiny handheld screen. I've beat FF1 on PSP already anyway, I might consider it for FF2 though - I'd rather play FF1 in its classic format and on a TV screen, hence why I chose the PSX version.

Final Fantasy 1 (ps1)

Play time: 6:34
Party level: 10

Just beat Lich. I've gotten all treasures thus far. I need to hurry up and class change now :P

By the way, my party is Monk, Red Mage, White Mage, Black Mage

Final Fantasy 1 (ps1)

Play time: 16:32
Party level: 22

Defeated all four fiends, and acquired every treasure besides those in the Temple of Chaos. I plan to take two runs through the ToC - the first to acquire all treasures, the second to beat the game.

:edit:

Play time: 20:05
Party level: 25

Game clear, 100% items acquired.

I've decided that I'm gonna play the PSP version of FF2 instead - even though it's a small screen, I haven't beat that version yet and it has more features.

FF2 for the GBA was super easy and I basically had a party that could beat anything in exsistance.  I haven't played the PSP version either even though I own it.  I hope it fixes some of the balance issues.

Yeah, the GBA version of FF2 was actually enjoyable, unlike the past versions. Honestly, Square just needs to bite the bullet and bring out a version of FF2 with the traditional exp and level systems, plus limit different types of equipment to different characters (or give each type of equipment different strengths and weaknesses, more so than the originals). I really expected that with the GBA version, since they implemented the MP system into FF1. At least they killed the inventory limit, and made leveling equipment and magic easier at lower levels.

Final Fantasy IV: The After Years (Wii)
The next three tales are out next week, so I've been trying to finish up the first two (not that it really matters, only the last tale makes use of their clear data). I've had no luck getting the tails, but I ran back through the challenge dungeon in the main game and picked up two new weapons. The sledgehammer for Cid, which is two-handed like all hammers, more powerful than the ogre killer I had on him, and inflicts confuse on hit. A very cool weapon, overall. I also got the demon slayer, it's a sword so I gave it to Ceodore, even though it outclasses Kain's dragoon lance. I haven't had a chance to use it, it says it does extra damage to demons, which must be a new type of enemy (or they renamed one of the existing types).

I tried running through the challenge dungeon in Rydia's tale again, but only got a worthless item again. Still, if anyone else has finished these parts of the game it's definitely worth doing a few more runs through the dungeons to see what you get.
FFIV DS PET PEEVE ALERT!

I'm sorry but only allowing ONE set of 99 items in your inventory is RETARDED.  I DO NOT LIKE THE FF5-FF12 ITEM MENU/SYSTEM LIMITS.

What do you even do with several hundred of the same item? :whoa:

Not have to go buy regularly used items.  Such as Potions and Phoenix Downs.  And be able to spam using those items in battle without worrying about depleting them.
