Someone else bought the farm it seems.  This was the only infomercial guy that was entertaining to listen to.

My top 5 battle musics:

1. Romancing SaGa 3 - Boss Battle

2. Mystic Quest - Dark King

3. Final Fantasy Tactics - Trisection

4. Final Fantasy IV - Rubicante/Four Fiends

5. Mystic Quest - Battle Theme

Yes Mystic Quest deserves TWO spots on my top five.  If I were to finish the bottom five of the top 10 the other MQ battle theme would be in there too.

I finally bought Final Fantasy IV Easy Type!

My Final Fantasy I complete package has arrived!  The cartridge itself is in almost new condition!  I'm so happy!

And yes I got the Game Genie and RC Pro Am thrown in the auction.

While that is a GREAT theme my favorite battle music has to be this.  And when the trumpet really kicks in at the 0:38 second mark it gives me chills and goosebumps its so awsome.

Thanks for the input - I knew about FFLegend and FFAdventure, but I'll play those when I do the SaGa and Mana runs respectively :P

FF1 (PSX) 0:26

Beat Garland, on my way to Pravoka or whatever the town's called where you get the ship, party is level 2

If you have the PSP version of FF1/2 I'd recommend that actually more.

1. Play FF3j on the Famicom.  The DS one is just bland and boring.
2. Though not technically Final Fantasy games you could play Final Fantasy Legend 1-3 and Final Fantasy Adventure.
3. Avoid the PSP FFT, just play the PS1 version.  Although playing it on your PSP is awsome.

Legacy of Y's II (DS)

0:34 Just got my basic sword and shield and went level grinding outside of the mines.  I'm level 4 or 5 I think.  I'll get to about Lv8 before I head into the mines.  So far I like it.

Super Mario Kart (J) Complete
Super Mario Kart (U) SEALED

I'm bidding on about 35 SFC/SNES games as of right now.  I found some Player's Choice and 2nd gen SMK that I need for my collection.

Mmmm almost tempted to get it...

No idea.  Sounds almost like a SaGa game using the GameBoy sound chip...

I thought about getting Y's books 1 and 2 for DS... I really liked 3 on SNES, reminded me of Faxanadu

I bought it and it is fun fun fun so far.  I beat Y's I and I'll be moving to Y's II here soon.  I definately think its worth the price, especially if you get the soundtrack with it.

Incase you haven't noticed in the ebay thread I am a Y's fan (though only played some of them).  So for those of you who haven't played more than the Master System, NES or Super Nintendo verisons should find this site interesting.

Y's

Truth be told I am going to secretly steal some of this content and make my own Y's info/tribute page.

I wish someone would just build a portable Genesis and Super Nintendo with its console motherboard and sell it.
