Time to command execution based on Agility.

Thought you might find this interesting, in the DS version Kick does take elements into account and executes much faster, it makes Yang into even more of a killing machine even though his normal attacks seem a bit nerfed in that version.

Adding elemental attributes is nice early game, but not as good an idea late game.. but then I based that on how powerful the Blue Dragon is, which isn't the endall argument.

A lesser known fact: Kick in the SNES version of this game is disabled if Yang is floating. This command is not disabled while under float in the GBA version.

Hit rate for this command is 100%. However, the behavior of this command is "different" when you face off against Yang at Baron. If you use Protect to increase defense, Kick starts to miss the targets as the defense becomes greater than his attack power.

Ok, I've finally something interesting about this...
If Yang's attack power after the randomization (which is 0 to 50% additional base attack power which is then divided by 4 since that is how the attack power is derived) is less than the target's defense, the attack misses in the SNES version. In the GBA version, the target always takes 1 damage.
The hit rate is 100% and also ignores evade... and Image and Barrier status.
