a big reason for some of these is because they need to be translated and would have a smaller audience outside of Japan, but they should definitely release Tetris Attack, and start releasing more Square games since it seems they've already released at least one. I know they prolly won't release the final fantasy games as they are still making money on the remakes, but I can see Chrono Trigger being a really hot item, along with Secret of Mana, and Seiken Densetsu 3.
All of them are more likely to get a port than just be released for the Wii.
you'd think that, and yet we still haven't seen them yet, this way they wouldn't have to update them at all, where as a port they'd almost have to update some things to warrant buying it again.
Perhaps, but there are compelling stuff they can do to add value, instead of wasting away those games as is. I should get around to playing Treasure Hunter G.. the game was already translated by other romhackers, so

Secret of Mana:
1) Add more areas to explore.. mainly to fix the orb "gaps".. pretty much finish whatever it was that never made it to the fabled SNES-CD
2) Retweak the script... the SOM series is the worst at this
Chrono Trigger:
1) Add a few more story tweaks... we'd love to see wtf happened to Schala
2) Add a hard mode for New Game+, because playing the same enemies at crappy HP with uber weaponry+attacks is too stupidly easy
Seiken Densetsu 3:
1) Like the previous SD (SOM == SD2), the script needs retweaking - which also means an official English translation as well
2) Add a few more ares to explore.. mostly for leveling up late and story
3) Fix the massive bugs in the game
Once they do all that (and more), it is a gimme moneymaker.
