That makes a lot of sense, I wonder if it'll actually work.

I wonder if that guy actually expects anyone to buy that...you could probably buy a complete SNES collection for that much.

Heh, yes and no. I've personally never bought a copy of anything twice unintentionally, but I've bought replacement copies of games I thought I lost/sold only to find out I lent them out to a friend years ago and forgot about them.

I get the feeling this is like one of those "the head doesn't know what the hand is doing" issues...

Hey, at least it's not as bad as FF6!

I missed you, Odbarc.  Like the deserts miss the rain.  Like ER missed good writing for over six years.

Heh.

Remedy is called Reraise in the Japanese version, which is also the name of FF6's Life 3, that might shed some light on how it may have been intended to work. In the DS version the Water Bug targets all enemies except itself with it, using it to revive any monsters that have died, rather than fully restoring itself.

I'm running 3.0.6 and I've never experienced any real slowdown when using it. It's possible I just don't go to sites with enough flash content to notice it.

I've been using it for some time now, I held off on it for a long time because I thought Adblock Plus alone was enough, but Flashblock does it a lot better.

There are copies of a few boss battles, I don't think I ever bothered figuring out which ones were used and which ones weren't.

Yeah, you need to equip any augments to use them, even if they're not actual commands. If they took effect automatically they would make you way too powerful. Counter should use the command in the first slot as your counter attack, but there are some commands that don't work with it (check the thread, there's a list here somewhere).

Rockman 3 update. Hopefully I'll actually get around to playing this one.

This is for when using them in enemy battle scripts, right? Probably a simple oversight, since FF4 has the ability (that I've wanted in FF6 since I started working with monsters) to override the default spell targeting anyway.
