SNES Bug - Caller's Magic Orb Description Missing

Supposedly, there is a message that is displayed when a Rydia's monster summon item is highlighted.

However, this doesn't seem to occur at all... the editor data would suggest that message be displayed, but it doesn't.

I haven't looked into it but the item menu is probably hard coded to only draw the description box for certain items. Those items definitely have the string assigned to them, it just isn't used. Magic was set to have descriptions as well, there are a couple descriptions that only make sense for spells in FF4.

IIRC, the J2e translation expanded the menu to display more info.. that might be a place to start to fix this bug...

Yeah, they set it up so everything has a (Multiple line) description.
