All the strategies themselves are great, only problems I could find were little things:
This command is not available in FF2, not FF4ET as some
have misreported.
This sentence is really awkward.
Cover (Paladin)
Nothing wrong with your description but I'd add a bit about how the command changes to "Off" when in use. I've seen a few threads asking about the mythical Off command at GameFAQs...

He might be a friend of Cecil, but he's jealous of Cecil like any man who has
no girlfriend. This issue manifests itself as part of his possession, and
tries to redeem himself in the process. Unfortunately, FF4A doesn't even
properly do him justice with his lame trial. Really, that part of the new
script was outright awful. Who wrote that crap?
Something from FF4 DS you might find interesting, I'll spoiler tag it just in case someone doesn't want to see it, even if it isn't a
real spoiler.
Zemus is apparently trying to take control of Kain during the decent into the subterrane, based on his thoughts on the way down. Interesting detail you'd miss out on unless you have him as your map character when you open the menu.
Jump
It might be worth pointing out that this command, and any other that takes more than one turn, will be executed much faster if you stop inputting commands while he's in the air.
2xattack
Needs a space.
Twin
The command is actually pretty useful in FF2us, so I'd point that out.
Spirit Wave
You forgot "/Regen" here.
Goblin
You forgot "Imp/" here.
Leaving them alone will eventually allow them to inflict
Blind status on you.
This status is "Darkness" in every version except for FF4 DS.
Officer
/General.
Flan/Pudding monsters
Toad monsters
I'd list the actual monster names here.
Boss: Octomammoth
I have an unconventional Octomammoth strategy: Kill Rydia and Tellah. Have Cecil use the Hermes sandals on himself to increase his number of turns, without the other two slowing down the battle he'll get a lot more turns than normal and can really take advantage of the weakness here.

There is also a lot of capitalization that doesn't really make sense ("Dark Blades" in Cecil's description, for example), I didn't bother pointing that out because I wasn't sure if it was intentional for emphasis or what.
