Well, I've argued it 3 times now; it's going to the final appeal to the admin.
In my most recent appeal, I made 10 points, and in one of them, I essentially accused GameFAQs of hypocrisy. They say I am responsible the content of whatever I link to, and that it cannot violate TOU. If that is the case, then GameFAQs breaks its own TOU, because several faqs have vulgarities, humor defined under the TOU as "patently offensive", etc. And GameFAQs links to those!
As an aside, the TOU only prohibits 2 kinds of links: Linking to sites with vulgarities, profanity, hate speech, etc.; and linking to sites with pre-release alpha or beta material. I hardly think my link to Mnrogar's Den qualifies in either case.
