You can beat RHDN at it's own game by hosting magnet links to torrents of hacks, tools, documents, you name it. Host sha256 hashes too. No reason to physically pay to host all those hacks and stuff when file sharing exists.
Other than that the best way forward is to do projects that people like Gideon Zhi have been sitting on for 10+ years and translate them yourself.
