Milon-Z/Scarmiglione's Counter Attack

So I was looking into the battle scripts and I realized the one I have not restored on my project is Scarmiglione's counter attack where he casts Dullsong. Is there a way to restore this without sacrificing anything?

The thing is I don't want to sacrifice his weakness and change what should be there so that I can restore it.

OK, so, I'm not looking at a ROM now (@work) and I haven't really looked into Milon Z's dullsong counter before, but seeing as that linked post predates FF4kster by a couple of years, I imagine the byte sacrifice was only necessary because there was no program to automatically rearrange the monster data to include a reaction byte.
So if DullSong still exists as a spell (which I don't know, but a look into FF4kster's spell editor should illuminate), then all you would have to do is give  MZ a reaction, then create the reaction script using one that's not currently in use. For your convenience, Grimoire LD once went through all of the AI scripts and indices in FF4kster to identify the ones that were unused and/or dummied out. Here's that info:

Ah I figured it out. Thanks!

The counter attack is back. Now the actual spell itself I should probably changed it to cast curse. Also I'm literally to the rim with battle messages. Now I just have to find a way to make something fit for the counter attack.

Expressing my thanks for sharing the info as well! This will make working with AI scripts a much more comfortable affair for me.

Hmm you could have it say something like "Feel my pain.." or "Become like me...!".

Other lines that might work there:

"Feel what I feel!"

"Become my slave!" (guess that one would only work if he confused people)

"Curse you!!" (since I just realized he's supposed to be cursing someone haha)

"Feel my Wrath!"
I update my graphics thread on almost a daily basis, so keep an eye out for new stuff!
