 :edit: The strength armor is mind-bogglingly broken, having nearly twice as much armor as the ninja.. maybe more.  Why can Cipher equip it???

Wow.  That was close.

Exit again, rest up, going in for more.  Got a good few more chests, now.  Plagues were easy, count is too oldschool.

Whoa, Strength armor is indeed broken, its supposed to have 0 magic defense.  Whoops...

 :edit: Well, it does have 0 magic defense, you're right.  That definitely decreases usefullness a lot.  Still, not going to use it.  :s

Check the Magic Block %, I think it may be broken?

Seems as though the stats are a bit wrong, should give +15 STR and -15 on everything else.

Yeah, the Str armor and the cursed ring together would break anyone.  They'd be untouchable.

Just got slaaaain by a holy dragon.  heat ray followed by Holy is really bad.

Hmm.  That's interesting.  Kain just jumped, and never came down.  It was in a fight with 2 holy dragons, not sure if this glitch was in the original game or not, but Kain was the only one alive, if that matters.

Finished!  Zeromus was a piece of cake, I had to reset once because I made the mistake of using Nuke, and he wiped my party with flare/bigbang, but after that, I killed him in probably 2 minutes.

This was awesome, very nostalgic but also very challenging..  Thanks for making this hack!!  The only suggestions I have..

1.  Blood spear should really be less amazing, I was using it right up to the Dragoon spear.
2.  Reduce the power of the Ragnarok/Adamant gear, or make it harder to get (I had no real problem even without it, with it cecil would have been just broken as hell)
3.  Reduce the power of the cursed ring, it's stupid amazing too.  (Sure, uber rare drop, but it single handedly broke several bosses)

Thanks again, any thoughts on my run-through, or anything?   :banonsmash:

Thanks for playing and coming here and posting at least some of your playthrough.  I'm going to catalogue this playthrough along with the FF3usHT ones on my computer so I can know what all needs to be looked at and fixed. 

A few questions...
-How many hours did it take you?
-Can you post screens of your final party, their equipment and stats?
-From 1 (low) to 10 (high) what would you rate it overall?
-Would you play it again?
-If no to the above would you play it if it was tweaked/fixed?
-What was your least favorite monster in terms of dreading to fight?
-What monster was the most disappointing?
-What monster was the most surprise in terms of difficulty?

oh, i know, i just couldn't resist. :laugh:

most of those questions are legitimately answered in there already.

fav. was definitely the sorcerors. the cpu definitely surprised me the most. it took some decent strategy this time, as opposed to just knowing to leave one orb alone in the original.
