Super Mario Bros Speed Expiation hack

I was surfing YouTube and stumbled across this video...there are a few more videos of the same hack. I'm looking for the patch for this game, but I am not fluent in Japanese, and it's a Japanese hack, so I'm not gonna be able to just find it. Anyone happen to know where to locate it?

I suppose it's ridiculous of me to actually want to play this hack :P it's probably like Kaizo Mario World in difficulty...but it's an innovative, new way to play Super Mario Bros. and I have done speedruns of the game before, it actually looks fun to play!
