Ok, I figured it out.  The IPs patch was for FF2us Insane--which was supposed to be my Insanely fun and easy hack.  I need to find the Impossible hack that actually works.

Ok here it is.  I tested this uptil I died.  Seems to work ok.

I've started over at least about 4 times with 4 different ROMs...so chances are you've got one of the "problem" ROMs I had before.

Not much...I don't have as much time to play the entire game as I do to quickly hack some numbers.  ;)

Edit:  Even getting the harp, you still have a hard time,  and this is with equipping him with some armour. I got lucky on my last time, because he missed me twice.  So i can advance. :P

Edit2:  You can't get past the part where you get yang,  he dies to easily in his auto battle.

Hence the "Impossible" moniker.  Ha, no but seriously feedback is greatly appreciated.  If a list is made of things that need tweaking I will be glad to fix them.

Suggestion of epic proportions.  Add positive status attributes permanently.  In other words create icons for Haste, Wall, Safe, Shell, Image, and the like and allow them to be taken out of battle just like negative status effects.  It actually makes good sense...

I released a new version.  This one has all of the song titles for Final Fantasy V courtesy of Lenophis.  Though he may have forgotten about it.   :laugh:
