If $50 is expensive, then  :wtf:
Prepare to  :wtf:. Yes, sadly enough, $50 is too expensive for my family. Hell, anything about $5 is too expensive.

I knows from personal experience. ;_;

Would buying something like this be a good idea? I'm on my first computer which I bought from my brother who built/bought the thing himself. I hear custom builds are best but I don't know what to want and I definitely don't want to make piece it together on my own. (I just know I'll fudge something up even with proper instructions.)

Given the absolute shit video card, no. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883227125

CPU should be roughly the same speed, and the video card is probably..... 15X faster. At least.

Last gen's lower mid-range card is a terrible bet. An ATI 4850 would be far better. It's not the fastest, but the cheapest of the current gen's high end is nothing to complain about, while trying to keep the overall cost down.

 :tongue: I already knew that.

I'm trying to remember which high end video card was CPU limited.. I assume the SLI/Crossfire varients are by default.
