Thor's hammer and Triton's dagger are trying to cast Ramuh and Leviathan respectively. I have yet to debug them.
I'm not sure that it will be a simple matter. I could be wrong though, and it would be nice, but I don't think the Item Magic Pointer (which is a bit further down the normal Magic Pointer) actually includes the "Is it Black/White/Summon?" Changing it to do so, if even just for Summons, would be a rather simple task though if you'd like that done.

Slasher is ice for now. In an ideal world I'd give it a large crit rate or something instead but I don't think that's a thing in this game is it?

Bows get x3 Critical Hit Rate and base Critical Hit Rate is Innate+Level/?8+Weapon(x2)/Bow/(x3). It would require custom coding, but having a way for equipment to add to Critical Hit Rate doesn't seem improbable.
Glad you're enjoying this part of the game! It's definitely the highlight of the hack IMO; it's almost like FF6's world of ruin, or like the part in Chrono Trigger where the world opens up and you can do anything in any order. Unfortunately the Serpent Road is not 100% working but that should be the only thing.
I do love the World of Ruin along with the cadre of sidequests that open up after the Seaside Palace.
And we are back to it, next place to check will be Kokkol's to give him the Adamant Ore, then to the Magnes Cave.
Well, I've got a "Magnificent Greatsword" in the works.
Oh, Tellah's in the Magnes Cave, well now I know where to go to get him! So let's see... Edward/Tellah/Yang... Cid and Rosa are apparently still in the airship at the moment. Palom and Porom, Rydia's still in the Feymarch... alright then. That leaves one other location where it could be.
MacGiant in Eblan Cave, ouch...
Looks like there are a lot of Giant of Babil foes in Eblan Cave.
Oh...! That would explain it.
The Giant seems mostly the same, as mentioned before the Treasures are changed around quite a bit.
I was not expecting Edge to learn Quake... that could be some powerful stuff.
I'll remember to unequip Edge for the upcoming boss fight...
And down falls the CPU! And... since Palom was the only one left he gained 250000 Exp... hah. In one battle he learned all of the Level 3 spells.
Truth be told, I thought that would somehow get me the Floater Stone, since I recalled that Edge leaves right after it is done and I had thought this was part of the main plot?
Is the purpose of that purely to free up an optional slot?
Hm, let me think...
Oh, Cid was in the Dwarf Castle basement, so does that mean Rosa is somewhere in Baron...?
No, no it does not... is she still in the Dwarf Castle somewhere then?
Ah well, I'll find her eventually. With a free slot to the party, I'll go and get Tellah.
Tellah joins back at Level 20, but with some decent equipment at least.
Hah... I see that's the point of the Wooden Shield.
Heh, Wooden Hammer... it does make Porom usable here, and possibly in the front row.
Ah, so this is where the Break Blade was... I recalled it being in an earlier video.
Oh, oh wow! The Break Blade turns immediately to Stone! That's quite incredible!
Venom Axe is still metallic... but I just noticed that the Flame Spear (or probably any Elemental Weapon) is not!
Nice change from the Crystal Chamber. Looks like the Dark Elf still holds the place.
And I lost to the Dark Elf... hrm...
Bad luck there, a lot of too-late Item uses.
I noticed he was Very vulnerable to Comet, which means, as traditional, he is weak to Holy.
Much better done that time. Berserked Cecil, Hasted Porom, slowed the Dark Elf, I managed to get him before he cast Quake and Meteo. I do have to mention I like the reference that he has all of this powerful magic because of the tome. Nice touch.
And now Tellah has every spell! Well, only place I haven't really searched is Mt. Ordeals, but I don't think the game pushes for Cecil to become a Paladin? Otherwise all of those "If Dark Knight" at the Zeromus fight would be rather silly.
Off to Mt. Ordeals then!
Or... not. Hah, where have I not searched...?
It would complete the FFI Reference, but I can't think of any place there I didn't search...
Haha! I should have known, as mention it completes the reference. Also let me know if you'd like me to edit out anything pertaining to the Floater Stone's Location, just in case you don't want it given away. I tried to be vague about it, though maybe it's a little too vague especially for those who didn't get the reference, I think someone, somewhere should mention something about it.
You did mention that the Serpent Road is still a little incomplete though the Elder did mention it as a location now, somehow making "Travel easier".
...Oh... The Serpent Road is Evil Wall, did not see that one coming.
Nice Holy for 5600 damage Tellah!
Ah... it was a way to get rid of the Twins from the party. As you mentioned the Serpent Road isn't complete yet. I suppose I will leave things there alone as I reload my save, dequip the Twins, and then re-get rid of them... or not... hmm, maybe this playthrough I'll use the Twins and Tellah. But how do I get rid of Kain? Maybe something around Baron will help with that.
Well for now I'll ascend Mt. Ordeals, I won't go through with the Class Change obviously though.
Haha! "This is your trial Cecil..." (Avenger makes it impossible to deal more than 1 Damage to Undead or to change equipment.)
"How can darkness overcome darkness..." With Ice-Balls and Lit-Bolts of course!
While I'm going to reset after this "But I don't wanna be a Paladin, Daddy!" It was a really neat sequence, I do think you may want to throw more enemy formations in there, but the Zombie one is pretty cleverly made, "IF Formation is X than use Bio" Nice touch!
While I love the use of music in this fight, it does cut out eventually and restarts rather abruptly.
Well, I did win the fight with just Kain, and a vastly underleveled Tellah, but I do need to suggest that there's a Yes/No Option for this as well. Since losing access to the Dark Swords without much prior warning for instance a normal player, if they didn't want to become a Paladin would go there to loot the place and then find themselves being turned into a Paladin against their will.
The Sage Staff is on the Mountain... I'll keep that in mind.
Ah right, the Dwarves in the Dwarven Hospital say "He shouldn't have done such thing" (Not a typo), clearly unchanged text I believe.
And this is where I'll call it for now. Still no idea where Rosa is or Kain's departure point, but I'll keep looking, though some hints for those might be nice...
Also I noticed the entire point of Agart's conversations is Gone since they now have no plot relevance compared to the "puzzle" they originally had, perhaps they should mention the sidequest areas? The original Agart (as in the proper translations) had a lot of "Rumor has it..." so it would fit quite perfectly, in my opinion.
