Editing Ending Credit Character Names

I wish to know how to edit the ending character names, where it says, "Sabin as... SABIN RENE FIGARO etc." I know there are a very select few that deciphered it and know how to do it, and and if you feel like sharing, please do. It would help out a lot of hacks with new characters.

ANYTHING is possible, given hardware limitations and amount of effort you're willing to put into it. That's not something you'd need an editor for, anyway, but whatever.

A wicked project would just to recreate the entire thing in a more accessible program and just edit THAT.
