The problem with the other forum was too many connections at once, which doesn't make any sense because there were times when we had far more users online with no problems whatsoever. Everyone that's had a problem with that error (And didn't have the number for max_questions set to a ridiculously low value) on the SMF support forum was using the same hosting service Elazul does, so I'm blaming them for it. We didn't make any changes to the forum recently so the only thing I can think of is that the host changed something on us, which brought the forum down both times, but I really don't know.
