I've just now started diving into FF-V. 
I've seen most resources referring to RPGe Translations and I don't know what mine is totally, but I do know the 255Item Type is Named Efuefu in the Translated Copy I got from somewhere. I believe I Have a RPGe Trans somewhere.  I also know it's Headered.

BTW. 
1) Could I get Some starting points for Offsets on Main Menu Window Data? Preferrably Position start of the first window Chr$ like: ?????? - Menu Start.
2) Also, how are the addressed point/jumps commands coded?

I can't help you, I'm afraid. If you can't find it in the hacking guide, I usually don't have the info.
Maybe in a future release, but that won't happen for some time.

I'm somewhat a nut in finding misc data and not just specifics.  I'll find it eventually and give you more once I come across the data.

Also in the Xls link, the link referred to unknown file or no longer present and the ods doesn't seem to work with the current(not updated) open office or I can't get it to load correctly.
