I usually avoid this section of the site but I couldn't resist clicking on The Top 10 Greatest Super Nintendo Games Of All Time. Now, for the most part these are good games and I'd even list most of them as my personal favorites, but there are so many factual errors in here that I just can't take it seriously. Does anyone even moderate these things or do a little basic fact checking before they go up on the main page of the site?

The thing that pisses me off is when they use lists over a year old. Often times because of that, they contain even more inaccuracies than that one has. They also have a tendency to use the same list for two or more days...

I check the lists out of curiosity. They've introduced me to a few games.

Ultimately, the way to improve Runic is make it a status where it is automatically used as a reaction to Runicable magic (think Retort w/o being buggy) and perhaps not be a used/reacted when allies use Runicable spells... (unless Charmed).

FF2us still came out first. Mystic Quest came out after FF5 was out in Japan - and contrary to popular opinion it had nothing to do with us not getting FF5, you can blame FF6 for that.

Well, look at it this way, it could be worse. If the translations (fan or official) for the game were any indication, I would've been pissed. On the other hand, FF6's character development was better for the most part (FF5's storyline was overall better though)...

Still, the translators (both fan and official) would be scruntinized even more than they are now.

So in reality, it could be considered FF3 and 6 as FF6 and 3 got switched. FF6 was supposed to be a Remake/Sequel to this.

Of course, it didn't take long for everyone to point out how wrong this list was. I wonder whether he was really that stupid or if he was just trolling.

There's a good chance that there is a little of both involved here...

It could simply be that this is the result of the XBOX generation... those who have little or no perspective of what the games of the olden days were like.... and having trouble starting FF3US.
