Title: Which maps allow Exit?
Post by: Phoenix on July 25, 2008, 03:34:50 AM
Does anyone know the location of the code that determines which maps allow Exit/Warp to be used? It's not in the location properties, which means it's probably hard-coded.

I have no idea, sorry. If you want a list of the maps affected, from memory: Magnetic Cavern crystal room, Tower of Zot, Dwaft Castle crystal room, Tower of Babel (Both over and underworld), Sealed Cavern, Giant of Babel, and Lunar Core.

It may be a good idea to trace Exit's execution... if not to just change the code for that magic's highlighting (and Warp while you're at it). Luckily they fixed that in FF4A, but it is annoying nonetheless.
