The Item Randomizer mod of Willow has been released courtesy of clymax.

The mod is unofficial and unaffiliated with Capcom.

Like all of clymax’s rando mods, it’s a self-randomizer, so just simply reset the game to play a new randomization.

A release build for Romhack Plaza is being considered, or you can get early access to the dev build on Game Jolt.

    Development Build: Features

Items shuffled. Auto seeding supported. This virtually guarantees you a different seed each run.

Rando state not compatible with passwords.

    Gained experience boosted to 30x.

An included save file must be used to properly run the game.

Manual seeding now supported. This allows races.

Only the first five characters are taken as your seed.

This replaces password entry in the game. Passwords are no longer supported.

Unlike auto seeding, manual seeding currently spawns you at the location of the earliest password in vanilla. This location is a few screens away from the location of starting a new game,

You now start with the spells Ocarina, Fleet, and Specter.

You can also warp to all destinations.

This lets you play in an open world.

You now start with the Long Sword in your inventory.

You can also cast Ocarina even with zero MP.

You now start with the Nockmaar Key and Dust of Broken Heart.
