    Says the tournament organizer ICharlieboy:

Welcome to the Mega Man 2 Randomizer Tournament

The tournament is open to players of all skill levels.

The seed will be provided to you 10 minutes prior to the race.

To participate you will need to be able to stream your gameplay (either from a console or emulator).

Please familiarize yourself with https://racetime.gg/mm2r as it will be used for official timing.

In the case of a tie, Admins will review the race.

Admins reserve the right to review any race in which players finish within 3 seconds of each other.

Reviewed races will be judged via frame count and if no clear winner can be determined it will be requested players play a tie-breaker game.

You will be expected to join a Discord server, which we will use as our main source of communication.

The matches will be streamed, with commentary, to the SpeedGaming Twitch channels.

After a race players may choose to be interviewed, if there is time.

Time to play the legendary JRPG that started it all!

The first Dragon Quest game, this will be a playthrough stream of the SNES version of the game!

However this time it’s randomized by my fellow friend, youtuber and Rom hacker ‪@cIymax‬!

This Rom hack is called Dragon Quest: Ablaze and I will be doing a blind speed run of it!

The finale of the stream will be a giveaway of ‪@cIymax‬’s version of this hack for the NES version of Dragon Quest I, the amount of copies given will be determined by how many likes this stream gets!
