The Secret of Mana: Tremors mod has been released courtesy of clymax.
Like all of clymax’s rando mods, it’s a self-randomizer, so just simply reset the game to play a new seed.
A release build for Romhack Plaza is being considered, or you can get early access to the dev build on Game Jolt. Our sister Discord1 is available for support.
Items from chests have been randomized. Gil chests and trap chests are not currently randomized.
The randomized item can be a weapon, armor, helmet, accessory, or consumable, as shown in these next screenshots.
You now start with the Flammie Drum.
Names of random items now show.
Weapon orbs now drop instead of weapons.
Rare drops are no longer randomized. Only common drops are.
Drop rate of chests boosted to 4x.
Gold drops now randomized.
Character experience boosted to 8x. Same for weapon experience and magic experience.
Dashing no longer has cooldown.
Mana Fortress can be landed on to start.
Mana Fortress can be entered once landed on.
Seeding now supported. The first five letters of the boy’s name gives you a specific sequence of chest rolls. This is regardless of where the chests appear.
So, what do you think? How do you think Secret of Mana ranks in the Seiken Densetsu series? What’s your favorite Secret of Mana character to play as?

An English full translation has been released for waterga’s definitive mod of ff5aki’s Remix mod of Final Fantasy V courtesy of a translation team of clymax, xJ4cks, and BladePotato.
This mod is known as FF5r-IC Definitive.
Our localized nickname for this mod is FFV: Aquatic Remix by waterga.
Unlike the menu translation, which is built directly on IC, this full translation is achieved by extending Serity’s 5r compatibility bridge to the RPGe translation.
For the latest builds, check us out on Discord. An online patching option is also available to Discord members courtesy of xJ4cks.

the Beta release of The Definitive FF5r-IC,
the turbo-charged upgrade to FF5r!
new Jobs, with new Abilities (& entirely new Magic in Disc3)
lots of new armor and items, especially in Disc3
crazy optional boss challenges throughout the game, plus special leveling areas in Disc3
yes, this romhack spans 3 “discs” and you swap roms twice along the way
green haired lady MC versus Bartz (just because)
A special webapp can patch all 3 roms, so come on over to playtest and discuss this (arguably excessive) version of FFV!
this project is ongoing, and is a joint venture between clymax, me, and BladePotato all contributing our special talents.
