The Turn-Based mod of Final Fantasy V on SFC has been released courtesy of clymax. The mod is for use with the RPGe English fan translation.
The mod is unofficial and unaffiliated with Square Enix.

Battles are now in turn-based mode.
No more Active Time Battle (ATB) system.
Development Build: Features
You can now toggle turn-based via the config menu. The default setting is on.
The sound setting was repurposed, so this setting now controls both turn-based and sound.
